Responsibilities:
- Operate automatic and manual textile screen printing machinery
- Create screens for printing
- Inspect merchandise for accurate placement and quality standards
- Troubleshoot any equipment issues as they arise
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety procedures while handling hazardous materials

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Previous experience in textile screen printing is a plus, but we offer on the job training for the right candidate
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively with the team
- Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
